aws部署node应用的问题

1.申请了一个aws的Windows服务器
2.成功连接
3.写了一个测试文件，并成功运行

http.createServer(function (req, res) {  
  res.writeHead(200, {'Content-Type': 'text/plain'});  
  res.end('Hello World');  
}).listen(80);  
console.log('Server running');  

4.然后我想通过 关联的弹性ip访问 失败

请问是什么原因呢
