package - Can I skip updating and resolving when running Julia code with VSCode?

Question

I recently switched from Atom to VSCode. The problem is that, each time I run a Julia code, VSCode shows: "Updating registry ..., Updating git-repo... and Resolving package versions...". This is time consuming and seems unnecessary to me. I guess it can be avoided, but I couldn't find how.
