When I run a test report from http://server-name:8888/forms/frmservlet?config=app&form=testparam, I am getting an error "The report terminated with error: REP-1800: An error occurred: in error checking. REP-1800: A formatter error occurred."

I make sure all configurations on the WebLogic server were updated. What are the main causes of getting a formatter error?
