USB Comuunication issue on Win7 64 bit using LibUSB DotNet

Question

I am using LibUSBDotNet dll to communicate with device through USB. I have generated drivers using LibUSB inf wizard. My USB Device is having NVIDIA Linux for tegra.

All the things work smoothly at all the places, but on particular laptop model HP Elitebook 840 G3 having Win7 64 bit, device communication halts in between after initial handshake communication. This seems to be some issue on driver level for Win7 64 bit. I tried on same laptop model with different operating system and it works.

Anyone faced the same issue where LibUSB driver causes problem with other USB devices like USB mouse? Also how to get device working on Win7 64 bit on the mentioned laptop? Any help is much appreciated.
