mysql - SQL commands as files in PhpMyAdmin

Question

Is it possible to save the SQL commands typed in the SQL tab of PhpMyAdmin as a file? Also, I want to be able to retrieve that file from a server (Ubuntu environment), not from the Desktop folder.
