How to replace a digit before . Dot in a text file?

Hey I have a very big text file I want to replace a digit before (.)

For example 
https://www.example.com/something/file0.txt
https://www.example.com/something/file1.txt
https://www.example.com/something/file2.txt
https://www.example.com/something/file3.txt

I want output like this
https://www.example.com/something/file0.txt
https://www.example.com/something/file0.txt
https://www.example.com/something/file0.txt
https://www.example.com/something/file0.txt

Any help would be great, thanks!
