azure - ARM template spec : artifact path should be unique

Question

I work with Template spec (preview) and I want to generate two Event Hub with a Function. So I split the Event Hub JSON in a linked template and the Function (plus Service plan/Storage Account/App insights) in another linked template. In my main template I use the "Microsoft.Resources/deployments" type with:

"templateLink": {
     "relativePath": "eventhub.nest.json"
},

So when I use each of these linked templates one time in the main template JSON all work perfectly. But when I try to use the Event hub linked template two times in my main template, I face this error: BadRequestError: TemplateSpecVersionInvalidArtifactPath: The artifact path 'eventhub.nest.json' is not supported. An artifact path should be unique and not contain any expressions.

Does Someone know if we can do that or if it will be possible in the future? Or I must execute the second Event hub in another main template?
