delphi xe - TDBXError Loading SSL module failed on MACOS Big Sur - Datasnap TCP/IP

Question

My app is using Datasnap via TCP/IP connection. On Mac with Big Sur I get some SSL Loading error while connecting TSQLConnection for DriverUnit=Data.DBXDataSnap. Is a connection to Datasnap via TCP/IP not anymore supported or is there a solution for the TDBXError available?
The error is one or more mapped methods are not available. My app is using IDOpenSSLSetLibPath to set the path in which the libraries libbssl.dylib and libcrypto.dylib can be found. I checked out version 1.1.1i and also 1.0.1t both with the same error.
