amazon web services - Error of "Target group name cannot exceed 32 characters" even after creating target group on console

Question

I am working on a pipeline deployment for BitBucket on AWS ECS. While creating the service, I am supposed to select a target group to route the network but I do not find the target group that has been previously created, please I'd like help. The picture of the error is shown below:
