postgresql - How to fix problem of Postgres (MySql) installation via Homebrew on Apple Silicon?

Question

Just want to update my developer's environment on my new mac and got abrupt problem: it seems to be Postgres is not working at this moment on Apple Silicon.

At the same time there is no available information about Postgres

And this author claims that Postgres is working good on his Apple Silicon Mac and even performed some benchmarks.

Meanwhile I was trying to install Postgres via Homebrew and got the following:

It looks like this error relates to new requirement of Apple to apply signature to any Apple Silicon-ready app.

Any idea about this ?

P.S. Basically almost the same happens when trying to follow up this gist when installing MySQL (sure, it's for Sierra Mac OS but anyway)
