copy - what is wrong here, xcopy is actually downsyndrome, every combination works for everyone else apparently

What about this is incorrect?
I have tried over 20 combinations that work in videos and have successfully converted it to a working executable before, but am blanking extraordinarily hard now

xcopy /Y /I /S  "%cd%Contents" "C:WindowsSystem32"
