html - Loading an external salesforce lightening component application in a webpage

Question

I am exploring my options to load an external Salesforce Application within my existing Web Application developed on VueJs.

I feel the only option would be to load the external Salesforce application within an Iframe, though not very recommended. There would be frequent interactions between iFrame and parent component.

Any recommendations please?
