My Office 365 E3 subscription lapsed because I forgot to Extend within the 30 day grace period. So that went into Disabled status and my emails stopped working. NOte that I use Microsoft Action pack, so I get a new License key from that. Essentially I forgot to apply the key to Office 365 in Admin panel.
I opened a case with Microsoft, and the person helped get the new key from the Action Pack side, and walked me through adding a new Key.
That all worked, But Now I have 2 subscriptions showing up in my Office 365 admin panel, One which is Disabled and One that is active.
However I cannot get to my emails. If I try to delete the old subscription, it says all data will be deleted. So I am not sure what to do. Anyone run into this issue? How do I resolve this?
