ios - NSListener failing to find port

Question

I'm looking at some libraries for LIFX using Swift, and I'm stumped on this one. I can address devices directly with the MAC and IP addresses, but discovery is failing. I'm unfamiliar with the Combine framework, and am not sure how to debug this. I'm guessing that this is simply a configuration issue on my machine, but I don't see this port in use (56700) when I check nettop.
