I'm new to the forum but you guys have already saved me a couple of time here. I'm once again in trouble and I don't know if the topic have been discussed already.
I am the owner of a Creality CR10S V2 3D printer. I need to dismount it and use it's frame for a "guiding rail function". For that, I need to change its cycle which means reprogram the software's EEPROM. I already have the .hex file, I decrypted it with 010 Editor. Now I have some complete words that look like code line of a programming language, and unreadable characters.
My question is, what is the required knowledge to be able to read, interpret and edit this kind of code ? Have I done something wrong in the decrypting phase ? If you guys have links to courses on whatever knowledge I am missing, I'll take it, I'm very opened to learning. Here's a picture of my hexeditor, if it might help you to help me...
Thanks for your time !
