node.js - API call using fetch fails

Question

I have a nodejs API set up for my website which works totally fine when I try it with postman. But it doesn't work when I make the API call through my frontend (React) with all the data.

When I view it in the "Networks" tab in Chrome, I see this -

Any idea what's going wrong? Thanks in advance.
