I am trying to set the config.txt in my AppData folder, so I created the config file and made a simple command set shown here.
# Lines starting with # are comments
# always mp4 file format
-f mp4
# extract to photos
-o C:UsersjamsiDesktopMiscPhotos And Shit 2.0\%(title)s.%(ext)s
with this when I go into cmd and do the --config-location command like this:
youtube-dl -v --config-location %APPDATA%youtube-dlconfig.txt
because I set it to verbose i got all the info but it looked like nothing was wrong as seen here:

ERROR: fixed output name but more than one file to download
So with the error, I fiddled around with the location and placement of the options in the command, I even tried adding a youtube link, but it appeared to be the same error. I'm not really even sure what to do, so if any of you guys know what to do, please tell me!
