I am not very familiar with AWS services, and AWS support has told me that my complaint rate is increasing and I should do something about it. So, is it possible to send tens of thousands of emails to my email address to reduce the complaint rate in order to remove the REVIEW status for now?
If there are any other good ways to lower the complaint rate, I would like to know about them.
