I've setup my mail for an app I am writing and have been using SendGrid and went through sender authentication, dkim verification, etc. I have a domain on Amazon and have all of my records in there and things appeared to be quite good.
I noticed my test emails continue to go to my spam inbox, so I went to some online sites like mail genius, etc, and when I sent some test mails, it said things appeared pretty good from my domain perspective, such as SPF, DKIM, etc, however it says that my mailserver IP address is blacklisted / on significant blacklists
Checking wrqvxvhd.outbound-mail.sendgrid.net which resolves to 149.72.168.13 against 94 known blacklists...
Listed 8 times with 2 timeouts
I'm confused what's going on - is it true that this particular subdomain is blacklisted from SendGrid? Should I contact them or is it possible there is a different problem here?
