ionic framework - Angular app needs to be manually refreshed after each build on netlify

Question

Hi guys I have just started to building an Ionic Angular app, using Netlify for continuous deploys. but I have encountered that user must refresh there pages every time I release a new build to Netlify if they want to see the new feature is there a method to avoid this.
