anaconda - How to run Spyder after environment creation through yml?

I create an environment with the environment.yml

and

conda env create -f environment.yml

this runs without errors. I activate the environment with conda activate OCR and open Spyder calling spyder.

HOWEVER: Spyder opens for a short moment (~10 seconds) and closes without any error message which could help me with more debugging.

So my questions are:

• Is this error reproducable on other machines?
• What can I do to get internal Spyder error massages?
• Are there any ideas how to solve this problem?
