networking - How would one set up a proxy for splunk?

Here's my setup:

Splunk server - Virtualbox Linux VM (Host Only network with client 1, no internet access)

Splunk client 1- Windows PC (internet access)

Splunk client 2- Raspberry Pi (internet access)

I'm trying to get client 2 to forward system information to the Splunk server. Is there a way to set up a proxy using client 1 to do this? Client 1 successfully forwards information to the Splunk server, so I feel this is my best shot. I've tried other connection types (bridged, NAT, etc.), but to no avail.
