r - Scraping data from a non-HTML table on a webpage

Question

I'm looking for a quick solution to a work problem. I have some limited experience with scraping HTML tables with rvest, but this doesn't appear to be the solution here.

I'm trying to read the data that is in the table "US Vaccine Campaign" on this website

The first few rows look like

I'd simply like to download this so I can produce some different plots...

Any suggestions?
