Remove specific element from array in cakephp 3

Question

$a = array(
    'user' => array('name' => 'mark'),
    'files' => array('name' => 'files')
);

I want to remove 'files' array in cakephp 3.x

Result should be like below

$a = array(
    'user' => array('name' => 'mark'),
);
