parameters - how to find end to end delay, throughput packet loss in contiki-3.0

Assalam o Alikum

question-1 i have a scenario of zolertia motes: 7-udp clients connected to 1-BorderRouter and then its connected to 1-udp server. i need to find

1. end to end delay of each mote
2. throughput of each mote
3. packet loss for each mote

question-2 also if someone guide me in how many ways we cant get results from contiki-cooja simulation and where is the log or tracefile located for the said simulation

i am using contiki-3.0
