Having trouble getting PowerBI reportserver to show Npgsql in list of possible data sources

Question

The Npgsql driver is installed, but when I try to add a datasource to use in a new report, the Postgresql driver is not shown it the list off possible connection types.

I believe it should have been added in the rsreportserver.config file in the <Data> section in the for of :

<Extension Name="......

But cannot find any description on the details.
