python - Able to fetch Hindi text from MySQL in locally but not getting same when hosted online

Question

I have been fetching Hindi data from Mysql and displaying it on UI using Flask. The problem is when running the flask application locally I am getting proper Hindi text, but when deployed in Github/Gitlab I am not getting Hindi text (showing Mojibake) random characters. Dont know why it works in locally but not when deployed. Any one has faced it/ any solution? any idea how to resolve?
