arrays - C read from file, fmemopen

Question

How can I open this file if I have created it like this? Normally I would use fopen ("name") .. But I don't know ..

int fillPoints  (FILE *fp, TSTUDENTLIST *l)
{
  ...
}
int main (void)
{
char str1 [] =
    "{ 'Carl-Maria von Weber', 'weber', 4 }
"
    "{ 'Chuck Norris', 'norrischuck', 100 }";

  fp = fmemopen ( str1, strlen ( str1 ), "r" );
  fillPoints(fp,l);
}
