Only one active consumer on Amazon SQS

Question

I have a need to create a facade to handle different brokers. The main issue is that it should exists the possibility to make only 1 active consumer per queue. In RabbtiMQ and ActiveMQ there's such possibility. But I have no idea how to tackle this problem with AmazonSQS.
