mysql - Code: 1300, Msg: ERROR 1300: Invalid utf8 character string: '"'

Question

iam doing oracle to mysql data migration.

i have below table attachdata containd two columns

attachid     int
attachdata   longblob

during migrating this table to mysql, i am getting Msg:

ERROR 1300: Invalid utf8 character string: '"'.

please suggest what are the possible ways to migrate this table
